What we collect

• Your email address, only if you type it into the "Join the list" form.
• Standard server logs (such as IP address) kept by our hosting provider when you open the site.
• Your language choice, stored in your browser only.
• Aggregated usage counts, such as page views, language choice, list sign-ups, product card clicks and share button clicks. These counts do not identify you.

We do not use cookies or ads, and nothing follows you around the web. For usage counts we use a cookieless tool. It does not store your IP address, does not track you across sites and does not use data for advertising.

Why

To tell you the day the shop opens. If you tick the optional box on the form, we will also email you news about new collections and early access. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it with others for marketing.

Legal basis

For aggregated usage counts: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site is used (KVKK art. 5/2-f). For the list and email:

Your consent. By submitting the form you agree to receive a launch notice. Marketing emails are sent only if you tick the separate optional box. You can withdraw consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.

Who processes it, transfers abroad

Form submissions pass through Web3Forms to reach us. The site is hosted on Netlify and fonts load from Google Fonts. The provider of the cookieless counting tool is included. These providers may operate servers outside Turkey. By submitting the form you also consent to that transfer.

How long

Until the shop opens and the launch notice is sent, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask whether your data is processed, request a copy, correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim damages if you are harmed. Write to hello@mssng-pieces.com. We reply within 30 days.
